Short of office space? Then the new Sharp Neo multifunction printer is just what you are looking for – this compact desktop, A4 colour 4-in-1 MFP has one of the smallest footprints on the market today but still offers many of the features found on larger, bulkier office machines.
With two models (depending on your exact requirements) the Neo is ideal for a small business of up to 5 people. It’s also ideally suited to a larger organisation as you can have have several dotted throughout the office – thanks to its small size it can easily be placed within reach of a busy workgroup for quick and easy document retrieval, or as a personal MFP for the manager’s office, HR or finance departments for confidential printing.
Both models (MX250F & MXC300W) have many useful features as standard, such as the 35 or 50 sheet document feeder, 1 paper tray, the ability to not only print and copy but to scan and fax as well. They also have built in security; by using “User Authentication” you have complete control over who has access to documents sent to the machine. Any authorised users can simply retrieve the documents by entering a personal security code. For even more security, Sharp UK have also equipped these machines with IPsec technology to encrypt data.
The two models print and copy at speeds of 30ppm (MXC300W) or 25ppm (MXC250F) and scan full colour at a 600 x 600 Dpi resolution. With the addition of an extra paper tray you can easily increase the paper capacity to 800 sheets. Both models are equipped with a USB port to enable printing and scanning from a memory stick. Plus there’s the extra benefit that the MXC300W can wirelessly connect to your network giving you the ability to print from a smartphone or tablet.
